6 days late, neg test and questions about IUD Kyleena

So I have recently decided to try and have a baby. Jan 18 I had my iud removed. And my last period was on jan 21st. I still don’t really when I ovulated but according to glow it should have been anywhere from the 1-6 of feb. had sex here and there but I keep getting negative results but also no sign of my usually regular period. It is now six days late and i got a neg this morning. Could still be pregnant? How long should wait to take another test? Anyone have this many days late and have neg test but still be pregnant?
