Need help finding a (specialized) gynecologist

Hello,

I am 24 years old and have only been to a gyno 1 time and it was AWFUL.

I haven't been back since, but it's been a few years and I'm way past due for a check up. My period is awful, and sex is painful

My mother has Endo and my sister has PCOS, so it's not a stretch to think I may have either one.

I've also been reading up on my symptoms and suspect Vagninismus. How do I find a good gyno? I can look at ratings and get recommendations from friends, but is there a registry where I can find specialized gynos?

I live in Brevard County Fl.
