Ugh. 😬😬😬

Okay so I got my BFP a few weeks ago, and have already seen my doctor once and had lab work 6 times to confirm the hcg was doubling (it is), but my question is, has anyone had random sharp abdominal pains in early pregnancy and everything turned out okay? I’ve been sick and coughing a lot so idk if that may have something to do with it, but I’ve had 6 miscarriages and am really worried. Thanks.
