Confused!!

So I was supposed to get my period on Wednesday the 20th but it never showed and by Sunday I missed it completely so I took a clearblue digital test first thing in the morning yesterday and it said pregnant 1-2. I went to my doctors this afternoon and did a urine test in their office and it was negative! 😭 has this happened to anyone??? If I am pregnant I will be 5 weeks on Wednesday. This was my home test in the picture. So confused!!!! :( :(
