Early scan

Hi ladies. I went to early pregnancy unit for scan. I was supposed to be 5 weeks today according to my lmp. After the scan they told me that the fundal aspect of the endometrial cavity contained irregular sac like structure, measuring 11.6 × 6.9 × 8.6 mm (MGS = 8.6mm). No yolk sac or fetal pole were seen? Gestation sac? Pseudo sac? Plz ladies help me understand what going on. Am I too early or am going to have miscarriage? I have no bleeding or any symptoms. Am going back in 2 weeks time n is going to be d longest 2 weeks of my life.
