DOES THIS MEAN IM NOT PREGNANT????? SPOTTING ON THE PILL

just started a combined pill , I have taken it for two weeks now however I’m having loads of cramping and what looks to be light pink discharge and period blood (spotting I think but similar to a very light period) I’m yet to go on my 7 day break but I was just wondering

If you have spotting does this mean you can’t be pregnant? Similar to if you have a period you aren’t pregnant , is spotting the same thing ?Or does spotting have no indication of pregnancy
