Period late by 1 day

Sore nipples... late by 1 day been feeling lightheaded recently and really hungry and tired, hubby and I weren’t officially trying this month but we have had some alone time together... any suggestions my lovely ladies? Afraid to test to see negative results even though we’ve been trying for six months and just seemed to have given up on trying and letting nature take its own course and believing we will get pregnant when it’s meant to be 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
