Late period....Menopause?

Ladies... I have not seen my period since it started on January 15 and I've been waiting patiently for it to come. It is super late and I dont know what's going on. The past few times I've had my period, it's been getting shorter. It's usually 7-9 days long but over the past few months it has decreased to 4-5 days. I've been spotting for about 4 days very lightly now to the point all I need is a panty liner. Am I going through menopause?

Edit: I'm only 21 but I've had a period since I was 9 so I dont see a reason for it to do this. Not possible that I could be pregnant.
