I need a cure for my husband

So my husband has really bad back acne. Usually I wouldn’t care cuz I’m a pimple popper.. but he doesn’t let me pop them. He just scratches at them and they scar.. honestly his side is the worst and looks like he’s on meth lol. I want to get him something to help this, I think it’s more for my benefit because it’s kinda a turn off seeing acne all over his back.. which I feel bad about :/. What are some good treatments for this??
