How do I start my weight loss/fitness journey?
Hello Ladies!
I am 19 years old and I have been trying to start a weight loss journey since I was 16. I want not only to be healthier, but to feel sexier and beautiful. I'm tired of looking at fit women and feeling as if it is unachievable. I have one life and I wanna get the body I want.
I do love and appreciate my body now, don't get wrong. But I really want to look at myself in the mirror and feel proud and accomplished. I don't know if anyone can relate...
Some data: I'm 5' 2, I haven't checked my weight in a while but I'm at least 150. But to be honest with you, the numbers don't matter. I have a flabby back, kind of saggy boobs, fat thighs and my least favorite, a muffin top with dark stretchmarks. And I'm just tired of feeling self conscious.
My question is : how do I even start? I've Googled and researched but I don't even know where to start.
Women who are on the journey, what are your tips and advice?
I hope I don't sound rude or disrespectful. I'd post pics but I need to actually take one lol.
