Help...6 week old won't sleep

I mean she absolutely REFUSES. I know she's going through a growth spurt and that this is one of the wonder weeks. Tbh I don't really even know what wonder weeks are but people keep telling me that's probably what it is. I get so frustrated and overwhelmed. I would say she only sleeps for about 11 hours in a 24 hour period.. It wouldn't be so bad if I could set her down once in awhile. She screams if I set her down. The times that are the worst is 6-10pm and 1-3am.

I'm so overtired since she basically doesn't sleep but a couple of hours at night. I've tried everything.. is it okay to let her cry then go to her after a few mins? I'm wondering if that will help her pass out. Please no rude comments in just at the end here and so miserable. I can't even get her to lay with me and if I sit down she screams. I have to be standing and rocking her and with these late hours you can only imagine how impossible that is.
