i am about 5kg above my average as a 16 year old female and i want to be below it i want to lose around 5-6kg and all naturally and kind of fast. i don’t have a lot of motivation to workout though which makes it difficult if anyone could please list tips and tricks they have things like how i can get motivated, healthy snacks, easy workouts and things like that it would be so so very helpful, thankyou.

Just be mindful that the average doesn’t take into account height, physical maturity, muscle to fat ratio, genetics ect. Being healthy is much much more then a number. I would never give advice to a teenager about losing weight but if you’re generally concerned about your health speak to a parent or teacher xx

Find cardio that you like I hate running but love bike riding and have a change in diet after a bit of cardio I also added in weigh training
