I had my anatomy scan yesterday and I am currently 21 weeks 2 days. The scan went good and our technician was really thorough and seemed upbeat while taking all the measurements. Baby cooperated for the most part and would kick at the wand which made us chuckle. Unfortunately my OB was performing emergency surgery and couldn't do a follow up right after like it was scheduled so now my husband and I are waiting for a call today or tomorrow to hear if things look OK. My question is: would a technician say something if there looked to be something wrong? I would ask what certain spots were and she would answer (gall bladder, artery, etc) but if it were something like a cyst or abnormality would she tell me or is the OB the ONLY one allowed to tell me?
