Resting Heart Rate & TTC
Hey guys,
Has anyone used their resting HR to detect their fertile window?
My period just ended and my resting heart rate has steadily increased since it ended.
I read somewhere that your resting heart rate increases over your fertile window.
& if this is true I may be ovulating sooner than I thought which could be why we've had trouble conceiving.
Any advice would be great
