Help! Not sure what’s going on

I had a uti/kidney infection about 1.5 weeks before my period was due got antibiotics and was fine once it cleared. Then on the day I was suppose to get my period I had light pink discharge only when I wiped. The next 3 days after I had light brown discharge only when I wiped. I was urinating more but I think the antibiotics maybe caused it. The only symptoms I had were dizziness, backache, my stomach is bigger, headaches, & my boobs seemed bigger (I have inverted nipples and my nipples were starting to stick out & that never happens. Then they were getting bigger). I took a test the day after my period was suppose to start and a week after and they were both negative. The doctors also did a blood test the day after my period was suppose to start and it was negative.

I will now be 2 weeks late on Thursday, but I took a test this morning and it was negative. It was one of the 88cent ones they sell at Walmart. Could a uti/kidney infection cause you to miss your period?
