Period 3 months late??

Hey everyone! So I’m going on month three of not having my period and there is absolutely NO WAY i’m pregnant (I’m a lesbian) and I’m getting concerned. It’s weird because I’m having all the symptoms...cramping, breaking out, emotional, tender breasts...I’m just not bleeding. What could be wrong? Should I go to my obgyn? Should I wait it out and see if I start in march? Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
