Anyone is worried about flat head syndrome?

My lo is 12 weeks and I've been paranoid about her getting a flat head. Im making sure I rotate her head all the time but still think the side of her head isn't perfectly round and somewhat flat. Anyone else worried about that too and what else do you do to prevent the flat head?

Try to minimize the time baby spends in a car seat, swing, etc. it seems like almost all baby gear keeps them in the same position so they end up laying on the same part of their head a lot. Make sure you incorporate playtime on a floor mat where they can freely turn their head as much as they want (like an activity gym with hanging toys) and also do tummy time regularly. Babywearing is also great since it keeps baby upright!

My little ones head is definitely taking on some funny shapes! Ped saw her last week and isn’t worried, she said just keep trying to switch sides and they wouldn’t intervene until 9mo-12mo anyway
