Should I go to the hospital

So I'm a Ftm and I'm 16 weeks and 2 days.

Yesterday I started to have pains that started on my left side(came and went) now the pain is on my right side.

I'm might be stupid to ask this question but I noticed wet spot on my underwear. No blood or anything but how can you tell what fluid vs pee? I heard sometimes you can pee a little during pregnancy.

Please let me know if I should go to the hospital to get checked out or not. I also called my doc and told them I have an appointment for Friday but now nervous.
