Reason enough?

I have been seeing this guy for sometime now. Whenever we do he dirty its always about his pleasure and never mine. Sex with him hurts a bit and isn't pleasurable. So, a couple of days ago whiles having sex, he hadn't even fully penetrated and I was in pain. I told him about and all he said was I will take it slow which he absolutely did not. After the session my entire vaginal area was on hurting and burning up. I literally ended up crying myself to sleep. So we wake up the next morning and he says his waist is hurting so I should massage it for him. Wtf!! I was so pissed and hurt. He started saying it all my fault. After all that he did for me last night. And I was " errrm what exactly did u do for me?? Started guilt tripping me and to get him to shut it and get out of my bed I ended up giving him the massage. But I wonder, is his lack of concern and care be reason enough to leave.
