Teething?

Would it be completely off the wall for my daughter to start the teething symptoms? She will be 3 months next week. She is saturating onesie after onesie, her temp is 99.9, she is tugging at her ears, chewing on her hands, and she even grabbed my finger when it was close and started chewing it, diarrhea, rash on her bum. The only thing is she is sleeping on her normal schedule.
