Got pregnant 1st month trying back in February last year, unfortunately pregnancy ended in miscarriage 😔 10 months later, still not pregnant.

Had blood results back yesterday and was told I have raised LH hormone which could indicate PCOS. I find this strange, since my periods are regular approximately 25 day cycles, I am not overweight and do not have any hair growth or acne. Anyone else have raised LH and not have PCOS? What else could be the matter otherwise?
