Shave or Wax?

Question

I've only ever waxed my eyebrows but my husband asked if I wanted an at home Wax kit so I could wax before baby comes. I'm super nervous about waxing that area but I honestly have a difficult time reaching there to shave and he is way too nervous to try since he cuts himself shaving a ton. The Wax kit is only $40 and he could help me with it but is it worth it or should I just shave? I'm not wanting any hair on/area my vuvla or legs before birth because it drives me up the wall 😒😂

If you’ve never done a wax on yourself before absolutely do not attempt now! If it’s not done right you’ll be super bruised and super painful. Even more so that you’re pregnant! Spend the money and get it professionally done or definitely shave!

I just had my first ever professional full bikini wax done on Saturday an yes it hurts if you have longer hair than usual down there buts it’s definitely worth it!! an if you have a European wax center near you the first bikini wax is half off

If you've never had a Bikini wax at a salon or by someone else before, I guarantee you won't be able to do it to yourself! Oh the pain! Just hack blindly with a razor

I shave using a mirror...I’ve been able to clear out all my hair and I’m 36 weeks...not sure what will happen if I drop soon. But trying to wax yourself at this point might be too difficult. I also use coconut oil to shave and it’s really good. You can do it!

Once I waxed my lady bits and I couldn’t pull the strip I had to lay the wax down then ask my husband to pull it off 😂
I’d just shave honestly and hope for the best lol

Before I was pregnant I would wax my own bikini line and shave my fan. I am still shaving everything now(I am totally going by feel because I can’t see) and my hair had grown back a lot thinner then it ever was. Personally I wouldn’t get a wax because I would stress out way to much about the pain of it 😂 I have had waxes in the past as I’m a trainer beautician

If you have never waxed before I would highly recommend you don’t start now. The first 2-3 times you wax are always the most painful, and right now you have much more blood flow to that area making you even more sensitive.
