PCOS pregnancy?

Ah yes...here we again. Hello Glow.

I had sex on the 13th and the 14th of February, it’s currently 13 days after conception/unprotected sex.

I took a test tonight, got a negative but I’ve been getting sore breasts, nausea with and without vomiting, back pains, and abdominal cramps.( lower stomach, not in my hips like period cramps.)

If I was to test again, would the test be more accurately placed if I waited another week and took it on the 6th of March?

I’m very new to TTC so I have zero idea what im doing, but would it be 2 weeks from the date you had sex? Or would it be 2 weeks after? ( 2 weeks from the dot would be the 26th of February, but 2 weeks after would be the 6th of March.) should I wait and test again?
