Okay so I don’t know if I’m being sensitive or if he really is an asshole but the things he says to me kind of offends me.

Like one time my mom needed a couple things from the store and asked me to go for her. I said yes and her boyfriend offered to drive me there. The second we left the house he said “you need to learn how to drive already this shits ridiculous” in a rude tone. Like I’m sorry driving literally gives me so much anxiety due to a close family member dying in a car accident??? And I already planned on getting my license this summer.

Then today he was over at our house, while my mom was making dinner and he said to me “I plan on marrying your mom so when I do and when we buy our own house, you’ll have a room to stay in” in a tone kind of indicating that I wasn’t gonna move out anytime soon or at all when I get older (mind you I’m 17). Then my younger sister asked if she’d have a room with them and he tells her “yes you will but I’m sure you’ll get a boyfriend and move in with him when your older” idk but I’m highly offended. He’s basically saying I’m never gonna move out or better yet have a boyfriend to move in with. Then he said something about me being everyone’s “personal slave” (I basically already am because I’m the one that cleans and does everything for everybody else) but it still hurt.

Another time he literally invited my older sister to go out to eat with him and my mom while I was there, but didn’t say anything to me. He always tells my older sister how she’s his favorite and he wishes he had a respectful daughter like her and all this shit.

I don’t think he’s very fond of me just by the way he treats me and treats my other sisters. I don’t know why though because I literally haven’t done anything to make him not like me. I’m always polite and respectful, I just don’t understand 😕
