ODD CRAMPING.

How long do implantation cramps usually last for? Me and my fiancé were having sex two days ago at 5 in the morning when we went to change positions and out of nowhere my right ovary area started pinching so badly we had to stop, also I’ve been having killer headache & neck pain since the pains in my side. I had cramping yesterday off and on throughout the day and again today.

Could this be implantation or ovulation pains? & mind you I was in my fertile window ALL last week.
