Etopic preg are just to early

So i had ultrasound today and dr seen nothing but she said maybe it was a faint faint beginning of sac not sure so just told me signs of etopic if i have pain go to e.r but i keep telling her i know when i ovulated that maybe its to early i ovulated like 20 days ago i took a opk it was postive and she also said it was a good sign my hcg level was 1500 im so confused😕
