Eat loads of fresh/cooked vegetables! Drink hot drinks with your meals, drink lots of water inbetween, have cold smoothies first thing when you get up, coconut oil, take a quick walk, stretch, probiotics, if it hurts at all trying then a stool softener from your doctor.
