TMI discharge question

Ever since this morning I’ve noticed my discharge has changed it’s scent... it’s metallic-y, like semen? 🤔 I’m 36 weeks 4 days. Is this normal? Could it be an infection? I also read somewhere that amniotic fluid can sometimes smell like semen but I’m not experiencing an unusual amount of discharge. Just watery and a stronger smell. I’m just being paranoid but should I go in to the doctor or just call in the morning?
