Braxton-Hicks VS true contractions
This is the second night this week I was woken up to Charlie horse pains in my entire abdomen and difficulty catching my breath. Lasted approximately 1-2 mins each time. They were quite unpleasant!
I feel like I’ve had tightening before especially at work which I thought was BH...but they didn’t feel like these!
