How to stand out

Long story short I applied for a job and I’m wanting some advice on how to stand out. It’s a creative company and they take employees happiness very seriously so I spend a lot of time making a creative cv and spent time on my covering letter etc.

Have you got any tips on how I can stand out amongst the crowd..(that had a huge number of applicants apparently)

I followed them of twitter but I don’t want to seem too desperate.
