So scared

I just needed to write this somewhere because i am so terrified.

I’m 21 and I found a lump in my neck, just below my ear. It’s hard, doesn’t move and painless, and seems to have gotten a little bigger in the past few months. I went to the doctors and he referred me for a scan hopefully in the next 2 weeks, but me being scared I went private and I have a scan tomorrow, and I am honestly terrified.

I have this terrible feeling in the back of my mind that it’s not going to be good news ☹️
