Does anyone else have a baby who wont stop eating and just refuses to sleep during the day?

My son isn’t even a full three weeks old yet and eats SO much. On top of it he refuses to sleep during the day (will take a 30-45 minute nap only) no matter how much I feed him, rock him, change his butt, etc. My boobs hurt, I’m exhausted, and I don’t know what to do! I’m seeing a lactation consultant for the third time today, so hopefully they have some answers for me. But I feel like I’ve done so much, idk what else to do. Because he had a tongue tie, he’s still relearning how to use his tongue and he gets so frustrated (he’s still strengthening his suction). But with feedings I will have him on the boob for 30 minutes and then supplement with either my pumped/self expressed milk or formula through a syringe and nipple shield then I pump afterwards for 10 minutes (lactation consultants orders). I’m just worried he’s eating too much and the only reason why he wants to eat so much is because he’s tired and the only thing he knows while he’s awake is to eat. He literally just screams his head off if he isn’t eating..

Any suggestions?
