Should I go to the hospital?

I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum. I have had it with every single pregnancy (this is my 5th, but 3rd baby). My doctor prescribed me Zofran and it has been working until a couple of days ago. I am still taking it, but I’m throwing up 6 times a day now. I haven’t had anything to eat in almost 48 hours, and I’m barely able to keep fluids down. I’ve had half a bottle of water in those 48 hours, mostly sips to take my medicine (I take 8mg 3x a day), and a couple times where I was just so thirsty I had to drink and would just throw it up right after. I’m having a really hard time, but I don’t know if it’s bad enough to go to the hospital. I guess I could call my doctor, but I don’t have a ride to get anywhere, my husband took the car seats to work and I’d need someone to watch my kids. I’m so lost here, and I feel so weak and can barely get out of bed. Anybody have words or wisdom that might help me?
