Does your baby sleep in their own room?

We are moving our little guy into his own room tonight at 4 months and 1 week. Has anyone else already done this? We spend some time in his room every day to get him used to it and he has been taking his naps in there today. Hopefully it goes smoothly🤞

Yes she’s been sleeping in her crib in her room since the day we came back from the hospital. We live in condo, so it’s not that huge of a place - I put her in her cribs for naps as well

He naps in his crib, and started putting him in there 3 days ago. Day 1 was ridiculous. He woke up every 30-45 mns.  Last night, he slept in there from 8-2:30!!! Couldn’t believe it. This is the time to do it though. Soon they’ll start standing and it’ll get harder. Good luck!

We Did it and it was the best thing we could have done. We had to transition out of the swaddle at the same time so we just did it all. We also started putting her in her crib when she’s still awake and she does a great job putting herself to sleep. Last night however she was up every 3-4 hours which isn’t usually her thing.

Happy to see we're not the only ones starting the transition! Our first night was a success but I did sleep on a small mattress on the floor haha. He only woke up once! We'll see how it goes when I'm not in there at all.

We’ve been at it for about a week! It’s a little rocky but I’m hoping that transitioning her now will be easier than at 6 months

We just switched to her room about 4 weeks ago. It was a long hard process but finally sleeping good again!

We just started two night ago 😫 although I miss bed sharing and cuddling him. It’s best for everyone this way. He’s doing great, we are doing the ABC’s course from Taking Cara Babies.
