I’m worried! TMI

I’m worried that i might be having a miscarriage. I’m not bleeding at all but I’m just passing pink like tissue. Could this be a sign of a miscarriage?

UPDATE: It’s not a miscarriage but a threatened one. The sac around the baby is blood. I’m still very early on in my pregnancy so I just pray to the Lord that everything will turn out alright! Prayers for me please!! There is a chance though that this pregnancy will turn out alright!! I’m really hoping for the best!❤️
