‼️New Military spouse‼️

So my fiancé is currently in the Army Reserves and has talked to an Active duty recruiter about joining. The recruiter said that he just has to get do a couple of things to be able to join and estimates he should be able to do everything and get him in within the next 6 months or sooner. With that being said, we have to get married sooner so he can file the paperwork and I am able to move on base with him and our daughter. I have so many questions and would love some answers and advice from other military spouses/families.

🙏🏼Just comment any advice that you have for us or help me with some answers!🙏🏼

1. I have 2 large dogs (A husky [still a puppy], and a Australian cattle mixed with another breed [unknown]) what will happened or has to happen with them?

-Do they allow dogs? What about fenced in yards?

2. I’m also currently pregnant with baby #2. I have no clue where we will be moving too and don’t know what to do about switching doctors. (Yes I understand I’ll have to talk to my current doctor.)

3. What is housing like? I’ve heard that you undergo a home inspection? I know there are certain things that are not allowed, but i dont know what they are.
