Ffffffffuuuu

Its been almost 3 weeks since i had sex and i cant tell if im having symptoms or im just making myself sick...i take birthcontrol everyday for 3 months, my bf used a condom and it didnt break, and he pulled out before coming. I've been having anxiety for days and I'm not eating alot but when i do i feel sick and i burp alot.(sounds gross ik) i don't know what to do because i cant tell for sure until another 2 months when the pill pack is done... Im scared... What should i do? 😭😭😭

Update: i wake up feeling sick again after eating last night and now I have diarrhea... Im scared and crying and i feel even more sick..
