Which temp should I log?🌡📈👀

I woke up three times to pee last night, and took my bbt before even looking for the time out of habit. 
They started high and went low.
Which should I use on my chart?

Answer

Note both and don’t use either until you see what the next four days look like. Won’t matter too much unless you’re trying to determine O, and I wouldn’t use either temp in that case.

I accidentally said low, but maybe the average. Make sure you take note of what you did though, and if the temp seems way off your pattern, then I'd omit it from your chart.
