Baby lost weight..

My baby’s 2 months & she weights 9pounds she said she dropped percentiles & i should now be feeding her 4ounces, I’ve been feeding her two. I have to go back in two weeks so they can see if she got any bigger. I gave her 3 ounces and she spit it up out of her nose & mouth.. can i get my baby taken away if she doesn’t gain this weight back? I can’t force her to eat 3-4 ounces
