Sometimes it’s normal, I had really bad back pain with both my girls,try taking Tylenol it’s pretty safe during pregnancy,but going to the doctor wouldn’t hurt either if it gets too bad!

Its said usually when your back is in pain if its the lower back it's your uterus growing with the baby it should be perfectly normal. The moment you have spotting or cramping at only one side get it checked out ASAP.
