Arrested while pregnant

I was arrested in October when me and my fiancé got pulled over and I got a simple possession of marijuana (was 2 months pregnant.) In november, I went to ER and was tested positive for the in my system but nobody has said anything to me about it, i just know from my online medical record. I’m 24 weeks and stopped smoking but am worried/scared that someone will try to take my baby from me😔 i live in south carolina btw.. any advice update the only reason i smoked was for “medical” purposes. I have extreme anxiety and depression and can’t be prescribed anything other than my 50mg of sertraline because the chemicals cause developmental issues in any other medications. I feel very bad and realize I need to get my shit together!
