Curious...???🤔

I am just curious to know if there are any mamas out there 34+ weeks that are already dilated/dilating already?  I am 35+1 today and babe has dropped and BH’s are more intense. My weekly apts start March 5! Woohoo! And cervical checks as well, but just curious.

With my first, I started dilating at 32 weeks (obviously was being monitored) and by the time they had to induce me at 41 weeks, I was 4 cm, but not going into labor on my own 🙄 With my second, I went into the dr at 40+1, she couldn’t even feel my cervix it was so high, so she said I wasn’t even close. Asked her (due to personal reasons with hubby) if there was anything we could try to make it happen that week. She agreed to do a pitocin drip the next morning, just to see what would happen. Started having contractions that night, ended up going into labor on my own before I even stepped foot into the hospital for my induction! All this to say that pregnancy is so unpredictable 😂

I’ll be 34weeks Saturday and I’m dilated to a 1. These last weeks are dragging I’m so ready for my little girl to be here!

I’m 34+4 and doctor asked me Monday if I wanted to be checked. I said I would wait a week. I have BH all the time. Yesterday I had a few real contractions. Historically, if I’m lucky enough to dilate at all before labor, it’s to a 1-1.5 so I try not to get too excited. I’ve been past due with all three and will be surprised if this one is different. He is very low though. His head sits “comfortably “ in my pelvis.

I'm 35weeks today my growth scan is this Friday then Tuesday's until I deliver I see my gyn so I'm wondering if he will do a cervical check next week I'll b a day shy of 36weeks. For my son I was 2cm at this point and lasted a full month lol but I'm still curious

At my 35 week check up I was at 1 cm and 20% effaced.

I’m 35+3. Had some practice contractions the other night that was a bit painful and went on for a couple of hours on and off (thought was in labour lol). BH are becoming more regular every day sometimes more then once and are now very uncomfortable and intense. Don’t think midwife will check if I’m dilated. But I’m guessing I may be a little bit

I'm not that far along yet, but I've been 2cm dialated for 2 weeks now. I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow
