AF no show

So hubs and I are ttc #2, back story - got my IUD our beginning of NOV and have been trying since. I’ve been using Ovia, Flo, and Glow - all 3 had different AF dates (last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Took a test Saturday and one today, both were negative. I haven’t had any signs AF is coming so I’m a little worried something might be going on. Haven’t been stressed or had any big changes. Any ideas? Should I go to the dr? Wait it out? I’ve never been late so this is weird for me..
