New job and ttc

So I will start a new job 3/12 my partner and I been trying to get pregnant for 7 years now with no luck and I been wanting to start the process for iui but now that I will start a new job I'm not sure how to go about it should I put ttc to the side for now or how would I even go to doctors appointment for my iui?

I'm stressing out now I really want to work but I really want a baby 😪😫

What do you ladies recommend??
