I have a question I know many of us have had issues with ovulation and or irregular menstrual cycles, but has anyone tried any home remedies and seen any good outcome from them? My gyno has put me on birth control to have me cycle regularly but one I get off I dont have a period at all. I was recommended to loose weight which I have dropped about 10 lbs since but no period.

I am starting a low carb/gluten free/dairy free diet to help with PCOS symptoms and lost of women in the program have had success getting pregnant/getting regular cycles after a few months of following the program. It’s Kym Campbell’s 30 day challenge. Google it. She also has PCOS, And got pregnant once she started this lifestyle.

I’ve recently started taking this supplement. From what I’ve read it takes a few months to help but I’m praying it helps regulate me. Good luck!

Adding Inositol and vitamin D to my medication routine has helped me soooo much. I was in the same boat as you where once I was off the BC my period would stop. Adding those to my routine has kept me regular. I haven’t been on BC in almost 1 year and 11 months but I get my period every month now. I truly think it’s because of these two supplements. I hope this helps!!
