4+2 weeos pregnant

So I've been off and on soft bm with constipation and now I'm constipated with diarrhea ?? With no morning sickness I do have soreish Brest and just off and on cramping stomach feels sore and back left side pain that shoots up is this normal ? This is my 2nd time pregnant my son's about to be 2 in may so I don't remember much about pregnancy
