I’m scared i messed up

So me and my boyfriend of 5 months broke up a couple days ago before we broke up he was being distant and calling me by my full name not our nicknames but this is our second time breaking up but he’s acting like he doesn’t even know me like we never dated . ppl keep saying maybe he meet someone new and it breaks my heart to think that he’s my first love and my first real relationship i don’t know what to do i need advice i texted him yesterday opening up about how i feel and i double texted him and said i guess i don’t mean shit you bro and i guess i made him mad.
