I got hormonal iud 4 months ago in November and have had a period the first 3 months but this month it’s been 2 weeks late and I’ve had horrible cramping this whole week so I thought yay my periods arrived but I’ve had the cramping for 5 days and still no period? I only spotted once one day and it was more like pink discharge then an actual period. Can someone please tell me if this has happened to you or what you think is happening to me? I’m a little freaked out as this has never happened to me before.
