Im so sorry for all the woman who has had a bad experience with their test. Literally with mine i qasnt allowed to eat anything 2 hours before drinking it. So my appointment was at 10am. Well my son is sick and didnt sleep all night long so i didnt sleep last night either. So at 5 this morning went to walmart to get him a new humidifier and stuff. Went home after grabbing breakfast. Was finished eating breakfast just after 7. Had to drink my drink 40 mins before my appointment. So i drank it at 9:20am. Then at the doc office they drew my blood at 10:20am. So an hour after i drank it. The fruit punch was pretty good. What people dont realize is that there is only 50mg of sugar in the one hour drink and thats less than a can of mountain dew or dr pepper. The nurse who drew my blood was awesome and it didnt even hurt when she drew my blood or gave me the whooping cough shot. Im so sorry for the women who has issues. With my first pregnancy i had a ton of issues with the glucose test i got poked over 4 times and the nurses who drew my blood where very rough and didnt really care that it hurt me. So i totally understand what the women with bad experiences went through.
