How do you get tested for PCOS

So I have all the symptoms of PCOS, I’m overweight, have a lot of dark hair that grows on my face and stubble will grow the next day with it after shaving, embarrassingly I noticed it started growing on my chest recently as well. I have irregular periods that are heavy, but I’m not infertile as I’ve been pregnant before. So I’m wondering how do you ask your doctor to be tested for it? Would she have told me already if I did have it since they draw blood and everything?
